Southeast NY

The town of Southeast,NY, which was founded in 1788, is located at the crossroads of Interstate highways Route 684 and Route 84, and State Routes 22, 312, 6 and 202. The Metro-North Railroad's Harlem Line has two stops that service the area at Brewster Village and Southeast Station off Route 312.

 

Just a one hour train ride into Grand Central Station in NYC or approximately one hour drive into New York City makes Southeast NY an excellent commuter's community.  In fact many people who have a home or condo in Southeast NY work in NYC or lower Westchester County NY.  The town's population of 17,316 makes it the second largest town in Putnam County, NY.
