We negotiate tireless with all buyers and/or their agents to
get you the absolute the best price and terms for your property. This is very
important because over half (50%) of all FSBO deals "fall through" after the
price has been agreed upon for reasons such an unqualified buyer and/or
undisclosed terms, which is extremely frustrating and costly!

We participate and represent your best interest during the
home inspection phase.
